25 years of experience in senior management positions in Strategy, Innovation, and Business Development at Grupo Orbis, Andercol, San Vicente Fundación, Grupo EPM, Fiducoldex, and TGi.

He is currently VP of Transformation at TGi responsible for strategy, innovation, and new business development in hydrogen systems, bio-methane, fuel cells, carbon capture, and application of the disciplines of data, analytics, and cybersecurity.

He is also a partner at Reflejarse SAS, professor of the PhD in Innovation at Universidad de los Andes, member of the Board of Directors of Corporación Interactuar, the Hydrogen chamber of the national industrial association and mentor of international startups at Endeavor.

Previously, he was commercial attaché and director of the Colombian innovation office in Israel. He was a member of the Board of Directors of Ruta N, of the Advisory Council of the Sustainable Energy Cluster, of the strategic council of the Medellín Cluster initiative, and of the Board of Directors of Endeavor in Medellín.

He is a Mechanical Engineer from UPB, and has two Master degrees, one in Arts MA. (University of Teesside, UK) with an emphasis on Industrial Design and another in Science MSc. SPRU University of Sussex with a focus on Technology and Innovation Management. He has taken different executive courses in systems theory at MIT and technology commercialization at the University of Texas at Austin.
