Graham Erion is an accomplished solar power deal maker. Since 2017 he has been with CarbonFree Technology where he currently serves as the VP, M&A and Structured Finance and has led all transactions in the acquisition, construction, and financing of a portfolio of over 350 MWp of operating and in construction small scale solar projects in Chile.

Prior to joining CFT, Graham worked for another solar developer and was previously a senior associate in the Toronto office of DLA Piper (Canada) LLP with a practice focused on corporate/commercial matters and regulatory compliance.

Graham is called to the bar in Ontario (2008) and New York (2012).
